Fiona has worked in the field of Market and Social Research since 1980, founding Quality Fieldwork & Research Services in 1986 Fionas responsibilities within the partnership include survey design and overseeing implementation at all levels, analysis of findings from quantitative projects and financial matters. Fiona has been a full member of the Market Research Society (MRS) in Britain since 1989.
