The quality control measures we adhere to include:

A policy of personal briefing where projects are of non standard methodology (if client budget allows).

Immediate return of first batch of work to ensure that the brief is being followed correctly.

10% Random back checking of respondents, checking key points of profile information, that ID card and show material were shown, and that the respondent gained a positive impression of the interviewing process.

100% checking of questionnaires and replacement of face to face administered incomplete questionnaires.
